NOW CLOSED - CALL FOR INTERACTIVE POSTER ABSTRACTS

As part of the LIVE Educational Symposium at the Royal Veterinary College we are hosting an interactive poster session on the afternoon of Wednesday 1st September 2010. This will provide an opportunity to share experiences, discuss work in progress and highlight good practice in veterinary education and assessment.

This session will use an interactive format, which proved very successful during our opening event in 2007. This will involve:

• A poster (A1) and portrait
• A 2 minute presentation (while standing beside the poster)
  or
• A 2 minute demonstration e.g. of a piece of technology
• A couple of minutes for questions.
  

If you would like to present an interactive poster, please email an abstract to
info@live.ac.uk which includes the following criteria:

• The title of the proposed contribution and author name(s)
• A 250 word abstract describing the interactive poster (either as free prose or subdivided into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion) The deadline for submission of abstracts is Friday 28th May 2010 Refereeing of abstracts will be completed by Friday 11th June 2010 and authors will be notified the following week.
