Principal Fellowship for Professor Ayona Silva-Fletcher

We are pleased to share with you the fantastic news that Professor Ayona Silva-Fletcher has become a Principal Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (PFHEA). 

This award recognises the strategic influence Ayona has demonstrated throughout her career in Higher Education and her commitment to teaching, learning and the student experience.  Ayona is only the second person from the RVC to ever achieve this accolade and the first via the Direct Experience Route, which requires a reflective account of personal practice matched against the UK Professional Standards Framework.
